IntentReply started as a solution to our own problem. Now it helps hundreds of businesses grow through authentic community marketing.
We believe the best marketing doesn't feel like marketing. When you help someone solve a real problem — and your product happens to be the solution — that's not spam. That's community.
IntentReply was built to help businesses find the right conversations at the right moment, and contribute meaningfully to them. Our AI drafts replies that sound human because they're grounded in actual product knowledge and genuine intent to help.
Every feature we build is guided by one question: does this help our users engage more authentically, or just more frequently?
In early 2025, the team behind IntentReply was struggling with a familiar problem: they had a B2B SaaS product that solved a real pain point, but couldn't figure out how to reach the people who needed it. Paid ads were expensive and poorly targeted. SEO was slow. Cold email was getting harder to land.
Reddit kept coming up in conversations. They could see posts every day from people actively asking for tools like theirs. But the process of finding those posts, crafting replies, and keeping up with new discussions was completely manual and exhausting.
So they built IntentReply — first for themselves, then for a few friends, then for anyone who found it useful. What started as an internal tool became a full product when they realised hundreds of other founders were dealing with the exact same problem.
Today, IntentReply is used by solo founders, marketing teams, and agencies to run community campaigns that drive real, measurable growth — without resorting to spam, bots, or shortcuts.
We build tools that respect the communities our users engage in. Authenticity is not optional.
No hidden fees. No dark patterns. Simple, honest pricing and clear communication.
We ship improvements every week and publish every change in our public changelog.
Every feature we build starts with a real customer request. Our roadmap is driven by our users.
