Getting Started

Create Your Account

Visit intentreply.com and click Get Started. Enter your email address and we'll send a 6-digit OTP code. No password to remember — verify your email and you're in.

Choose a Subscription Plan

After signup, go to Billing to pick a plan. The Starter plan at $9/month is ideal for testing. Upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Add Your Product

Navigate to Products and click New Product. Add your product name, URL, and a description. Click Generate Insights to let the AI analyse your product — this significantly improves reply quality.

Set Up Subreddit Monitoring

Go to Reddit Posts and use the Add Subreddit field. Type names manually or click Suggest Subreddits to get intelligent recommendations based on your product.

Generate Your First Reply

From the Reddit Posts tab, click any post. Hit Generate Reply and wait for four AI reply variations. Review, copy the best one, and paste it into Reddit manually.

Use the Dashboard to monitor posts scraped, replies generated, and replies saved. Mark posts as "Replied" to keep your queue clean.

Reply Styles Explained

Each generation produces 4 styles:

  • Short 2–3 sentences, direct and punchy
  • Detailed Thorough, comprehensive expert answer
  • Soft Sell Helpful with natural product mention
  • Authority Positions you as the expert
Intent Detection

Posts are automatically classified as: Buying Intent (highest priority), Question, Complaint, or Discussion. Focus on Buying Intent posts for the best conversion rates.

Subreddit Automation

Active subreddits are scraped daily for new posts. Disable a subreddit by toggling it off — its posts won't appear in your queue while paused. Use Scrape Now for an immediate update.

High-Quality Mode

Toggle High-Quality Mode on the reply screen to switch from Gemini Flash to GPT-4o-mini. Uses more credits per reply but produces noticeably better output for complex or high-value posts.

Product Insights

On any product page, click Generate Insights. The AI analyses your URL and extracts key selling points and differentiators. These insights are fed into every reply generation, dramatically improving relevance.

Billing & Account

Replies vs Credits — What's the Difference?

Replies = your monthly quota. Each reply generation for a post deducts 1 from your quota. Quota resets monthly.

Credits = a permanent balance for resource-intensive features (high-quality mode, product insights). Included monthly per plan, purchasable anytime, never expire.

Changing Your Plan

Go to Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Buying Extra Credits

On the Billing page, scroll to Credits and choose a top-up pack. Credits are added immediately and never expire. Buy more at any time, even mid-cycle.

Cancelling & Invoices

Cancel any time from Billing → Cancel Subscription. Access continues to end of billing period. Purchased credits remain forever.

View and download all invoices from the Invoice History section on the Billing page.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving the OTP email?

Check your spam/junk folder. Emails are sent from no-reply@xigmapro.com. Wait 2 minutes then click Resend Code. If the issue persists, email us directly.

No posts appearing in queue?

Ensure at least one subreddit is added and set to Active. Allow up to a few hours for the first scrape, or click Scrape Now for an immediate update.

Reply generation failed?

Check your credit balance and monthly quota on the Billing page. If both are fine, refresh and try again. Persistent failures — contact support with the post URL.

Payment failed or card declined?

Verify card details and available balance. Try a different browser or incognito mode. Some banks block international SaaS transactions — contact your bank or email us for an alternative payment option.

The default model is Google Gemini 2.5 Flash — fast, cost-effective, and capable for most replies. Enabling High-Quality Mode switches to OpenAI GPT-4o-mini, which produces more nuanced responses. Pro plan users get GPT-4o-mini as their default. Neither model uses your data for training.
