These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IntentReply platform ("Service"), operated by XigmaPro ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use IntentReply. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately at sales@xigmapro.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create more than one account per person without our written consent. Accounts created for purposes of spam, abuse, or circumventing restrictions will be terminated.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

IntentReply offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) that provide access to core platform features and a monthly allocation of AI replies.

3.2 Credits

Credits are a separate pay-as-you-go balance used for AI features that require additional compute. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Additional credits can be purchased at any time. Credits do not expire.

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.

3.4 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Purchased credits are non-refundable.

3.5 Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IntentReply only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal
Use generated replies to impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of content
Attempt to automate posting to Reddit or any platform in violation of that platform's Terms of Service
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
Use the Service to build a competing product or service
Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you
Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Service in ways not permitted by the API

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any product information, descriptions, and content you add to IntentReply. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service (e.g., using your product description to generate replies).

You are solely responsible for the replies you choose to post on Reddit or any other platform. IntentReply generates drafts — posting is always a manual action taken by you.

6. Reddit and Third-Party Platform Compliance

IntentReply is a Reddit reply drafting tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with Reddit's terms of service. We strongly recommend reading Reddit's rules before posting.

7. Intellectual Property

IntentReply, its logo, and all platform features are the intellectual property of XigmaPro. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific results from using AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XigmaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or connected to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
